MfA goes solar

The final part of the solar project was to ensure that we reduce the generator use as much as possible. We now have one inverter to assist with the workshop and power the battery chargers, lift and alignment kit.

This means the generator is hardly ever on during the daily 12 hour loadshedding (planned power cuts).

In the photo Fred is putting the cabling in. A massive thank you again to the supporters of the solar project – a massive saving and great for the environment.
