We focus on mentoring individuals, and through those individuals we hope to impact the wider families and communities of Zambia. We aim to see our students graduate from MfA as men and women of good character and great potential. How we aim to do it? by inculcating the values of the institution through student participation in class, chapel, and various activities. This weeks core value is Safety. Thomas Kiwena defines safety as “the process of protecting yourself and others from danger.” Therefore he wears his work suit and safety boots as a badge to remember to uphold this MfA value.
