As part of their Events Management course, our Clerical Operations students planned and managed a full sports day—from scheduling and team coordination to logistics and refreshments. It was a real-world opportunity to put their skills into practice.
But it wasn’t all clipboards and timekeeping—there was plenty of action too! Sack races, football, chess, … and the best part? Staff and students competed side by side. At MfA, we believe that learning happens best when theory is combined with real experience—and when students and staff work and grow together. It’s this shared experience that makes training at MfA so personal—and why we call ourselves a community, not just a college.
