Whether they’re studying Mechanics or Clerical Operations, our students don’t just study—they contribute every day. They roll up their sleeves—cleaning classrooms, tending the garden, and helping keep the campus running smoothly. We even grow some of our own vegetables!
It’s not just about keeping things tidy. It’s about building something deeper: responsibility, discipline, and a sense of ownership. These aren’t just life skills—they’re biblical values.
From the beginning, work was part of God’s design for us. “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it” (Genesis 2:15). At MfA, we see work as a gift—not a punishment. It shapes us, grounds us, and gives us dignity.
