Chapel- The secret ingredient to kick-start our week

While most are still dreading Monday, we’ve already found our song. Every week, the MfA family gathers for chapel—an hour and a half of worship, prayer, and reflection. It’s a tradition here, not because we’ve run out of spanners or paperwork, but because it shapes everything else we do. This video shows what chapel usually looks like: joyful, hopeful, and (let’s be honest) surprisingly energetic for a Monday morning. For many of our students, being at MfA is an answered prayer, and chapel is a weekly reminder of just how far they’ve come. Our mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ through discipleship and skills for life. Chapel brings those two together. It helps shape the kind of character—integrity, humility, teamwork—that employers value just as much as technical skill. After all, fixing an engine is one thing, but showing up with honesty and resilience takes a deeper foundation. At MfA, we prepare students for more than a job. We prepare them for life. And if that starts with a song on a Monday morning, we think it’s a rather good place to begin. #MechanicsForAfrica #FaithAtWork #Discipleship #SkillsForLife
